Materials to Bring: 

  • standard yoga props (2 blocks, 2 blankets (or 1 blanket and 1 bolster), and strap)
  • 2 ace bandages (or scarves)
  • Super Hero Vision Impair Glasses AND Peripheral Field Loss Glasses (a separate word instruction document will be uploaded on how to make these items at home (and will need to be made prior to the weekend) The extra materials you will need will to assemble these are: tape, gauze, scissors, string or rubber band

Your project includes a condition summary, a detailed session plan, and a personal reflection, all grounded in safety, agency, and compassion.
