Final Project Instructions:
1. Choose one of your cohort partners as your “client.”
2. Perform a mini structural assessment focused on ROM, strength, and habitual tension patterns. (from the manual)
3. Create a 20-minute therapeutic movement protocol that:
Addresses at least one area of limited ROM, weakness, or tension
Includes cueing for functional alignment and breath awareness
Specifies which muscles are being engaged or relaxed and why.
Speaks to which "door" of the pancha maya model you accessed with this client and why.
4. Provide your partner with a 20-minute structural yoga therapy session using your protocol.
5. Submit a written summary (1–2 pages max) including:
Key assessment findings
Rationale for your chosen practices
Notes on your partner’s response to the session
