    Project Completion:

    • Part 1 – Body Map & Observation: Using the body map, observe and “read the body” of a partner.
Guide your partner through a few simple postures (e.g., Cat/Cow, Chakra Vakrasana, Half Salutation).
Notice how their habitual patterns, ROM limitations, or areas of tension appear while in movement, not just in stillness.
Record your observations of breath, alignment, effort, and ease.
    • Part 2- Select a few postures (e.g., Cat/Cow, Apanasana).
Reverse the breathing pattern traditionally used in these postures.
Cue both the standard and reversed breath patterns, and invite your partner to notice:
Qualities that change or are enhanced with each breath pattern.
How the load or effort of the movement feels different.
Discuss together what each variation might offer therapeutically.
    • Part 3-Summarize  what you observed in your partner’s body map and movement.
How breath pattern variations influenced their movement quality, load, or awareness.
Insights from feedback received during teaching.
Personal embodiment takeaways from experiencing both standard and reversed breath patterns.
