  • Homework Completion:
    • Create your own therapeutic movement protocol and describe what muscles are being engaged or relaxed and how that is helping with any ROM, strength, or habitual tension. 
    • Practice this protocol 1-2x daily for a week and create a journal reflection of your results. 
    • Submit a 1-page journal summary on your experience. After a week of practice and journaling, check in with your mentor.
