Embody with Ease Courses: A Synergistic Approach to Holistic Healing

The "Embody with Ease" pillar provides a comprehensive foundation in yogic practices that promote deep relaxation, self-awareness, and inner healing. The courses within this pillar seamlessly weave together to provide a multi-faceted approach to well-being:

THER400
: Healing Mudras: This course explores the use of hand gestures (mudras) to further direct and balance subtle energies. Mudras are introduced as tools for self-regulation, emotional balance, and enhancing specific therapeutic outcomes.

PRAN400: Mantra and Pranayama II: This course serves as the cornerstone, introducing the power of breath and sound to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and cultivate inner peace. It lays the groundwork for understanding the subtle energy body and its connection to overall health.

PRAN401: Yoga Nidra:
This course deepens the practices of relaxation and self-inquiry, guiding students into the profound state of yogic sleep (yoga nidra). It utilizes techniques from PRAN400 (breath awareness) and THER400 (mudras) to induce deep relaxation, access subconscious patterns, and facilitate profound healing.

ASAN400:
Sattva Restore: Integrating the insights from previous courses, this course explores the use of restorative yoga postures and props to create a safe and supportive environment for deep relaxation and healing. Students learn how to modify poses to accommodate diverse needs, further emphasizing the therapeutic applications of yoga.
