Sattva Restore: Restorative Yoga Therapy for Stress and Systemic Healing
Sattva Restore offers a deeply therapeutic approach to restorative yoga—one that goes beyond relaxation to support true nervous system regulation and whole-person healing. In this course, you’ll explore how chronic stress contributes to imbalance and how restorative practices can restore harmony across the pañcamaya koshas—body, energy, mind, wisdom, and spirit.

Through supported asana, guided imagery, breath awareness, and mindfulness, you’ll learn to help clients shift from depletion to restoration. Rooted in yoga therapy principles and informed by Ayurveda and modern stress science, Sattva Restore emphasizes individualized care and compassionate presence.

You’ll gain skills in assessment, sequencing, and adapting restorative postures and breathwork for various physical, emotional, and energetic conditions. The course also highlights the distinction between general restorative yoga and therapeutic applications—where intention, subtle awareness, and personalization create transformational outcomes.

By the end, you’ll understand how to design both group and private restorative yoga therapy sessions that support healing from stress-related conditions, chronic pain, anxiety, and fatigue—helping clients reconnect with stillness, safety, and the body’s innate capacity to heal.
