Satsang for Yoga Therapists
Satsang: Reflections on Yoga Therapy
This course draws from The Path of Joyful Living and ancient yogic texts to explore the spiritual dimensions of healing. Through study, reflection, and group dialogue, students investigate spiritual samskaras, values, and belief systems that influence health and well-being. Emphasis is placed on cultivating the inner life of the yoga therapist, holding space for spiritual wounds, and supporting clients in accessing wholeness through presence and agendaless care. Case studies from practicum sessions provide real-time integration of these principles.

Satsang: Reflections on Yoga Therapy — Asynchronous Track
If you're moving through Satsang on your own time, here's what completing the module looks like:
- Watch each week's video in the classroom.
- Comment under that video, in the classroom, once you've watched it. A couple of sentences on what landed for you is enough — this is how we track your progress through the material.
- Complete your Self-Satsang Practice Log as you go, one week at a time. Make a copy of the log here → (File → Make a copy, then save it into your own folder.)
- Share your completed log in the Facebook community once you finish Week 12. This is where the cohort sees each other's reflections and the dialogue happens.
- Finish the final quiz to close out the module.
