On peer feedback: the final 5–10 minutes of each 30-minute supervision slot are held for peer feedback from observing students. This is where collective wisdom emerges — bring your noticings, questions, and reflections with care.
A note on stewardship: missed appointments may be filled by another student, or that time reallocated to extend a remaining session. Every minute of mentorship is honored.
Three rhythms hold the work: schedule your presence, prepare before each session, and document what you observe. Submit your forms 48 hours before each session so your mentor can review and arrive prepared.

Observation Workflow
Within 48 hours of each Ascent Day, complete your observation form, place a copy in your personal clinicals folder, and email the link to your mentor. This rhythm of witness · document · share is how clinical wisdom builds across the year.
Books for the journey. Required reading varies by year, but these are the texts that anchor a yoga therapist's library — companions for a lifetime of practice.
