Use the Wave Sequence Template to design one full yoga therapy class that demonstrates your understanding of vinyasa krama principles, peak posture sequencing, and the therapeutic arc of practice.
Sequence should reflect langhana/bramhana balance, adaptation principles, and student-centered considerations.
Fill out the Vinyasa Krama Observation Sheet for each, identifying:
Peak posture & preparatory movements
Breath pacing & rhythm through (Pulsation Vinyasa, Mudra Vinyasa, Rhythmic Vinyasa.)
Bhavana (theme)
Langhana/Bramhmana (Lunar/Solar)
Energetic effect of sequence 
Print out this form and bring to sadhana skills lab(at any time) to work on scripting out one class demonstrating knowledge of wave sequencing (pose/counterpose) and vinyasa krama (step by step approach toward peak pose or goal.)
