Course Completion Requirements:

- Key Teaching Homework (1): Practice the three part breath notice your common patterns including the ratio, duration, and pauses. Evaluate where there may be an opportunity to find more space combine the three part breath with an asana or two that may open up your breathing anatomy. Reflect on how it affected you through the Pancha Kosha Model

Create a mantra and pranayama practice as a yoga therapy tool for brahmana or langhana for one of your cohorts. Explain if it is to be used long term or short term and what you anticipate when you meet with your mentor.
1. Complete a breath assessment for your partner. (See Forms)
2. What is the goal for the practice. (Example: Client would like a calming practice for bedtime.)
3. Write a procedure for how the client is completing the practice.
