200 Hour Yoga and Ayurveda Teacher Training

This 200-hour training integrates the ancient sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda to create a holistic wellness program that addresses the body, mind, and spirit. The course focuses on balancing the doshas, exploring the koshas, and aligning with the rhythms of nature to cultivate inner and outer harmony.

How it Works:
A Safe & Healing Space: Our program transcends physical postures, offering a sanctuary for personal growth, community building, and the seamless integration of Ayurvedic principles into your daily life.

Comprehensive & Holistic: This Yoga Alliance-recognized program delivers an in-depth understanding of yoga philosophy, asana, pranayama, and Ayurvedic wellness practices.
Dates and Times:
Our Yoga and Ayurveda Training meets weekly from 2-5pm Thursdays. This program is offered in perons, live-stream, or on demand. Live sessions will be recorded.
3 modules over 3 trimesters + teaching labs. Training takes approximately 9-12 months to complete.
Requirements for certification:
Complete 3 trimesters of in person or on demand material.
Participate in 2 teacher lab weekends: 1 observing and one practice teaching. If taking this training as a self-study, the teaching labs are not required.
